Любой ЛС может изменить статы вышего оружия с следующих пределах:
Accuracy +X X между +0.4 и +3.0
CP Recovery +X X between +0.1 and +0.8

Dodge +X X between +0.4 and +3.0
HP Recover +X X between +0.1 and +0.8
M. Atk. +S X between +2.5 +28.2
Maximum CP +X X between +19.2 and +214.9
Maximum HP +X X between +12.7 and +155.9
Maximum MP +X X between +6.1 and +115.1
M. Def. +X X between +4 and +30.8
MP Recovery +X X between +0.1 and +0.4
P. Atk. +X X between +2.2 and +24.2
P. Def. +X X between +5.1 and +38.2

INT +1
MEN +1
STR +1

Топ ЛСы - дают свечение оружия. Дают аугументацию красного цвета.
Выпадает следующее с топ ЛСов:
Активные

Active: Decreases the skill MP consumption rate temporarily. (16-17% экономии МП на физ скилы)
Active: Decreases the skill re-use time temporarily. (33% ускорение отката физ скилов)
Active: Decreases the song/dance skill MP consumption rate temporarily. (16-17% экономии МП при танца/пении для СВС и БД)
Active: Decreases the song/dance skill re-use time temporarily. (33% ускорение отката танцев и песен)
Active: Increases Accuracy temporarily. (+3-4 точности)
Active: Increases Dodge temporarily. (+3-4 уворота)

Passive: Increases critical attack rate. (67 критикал дает в дагер и в лук, 43 критикал дает в мечи/дуалы)
Passive: Increases evasion. (+3-4 уворота)
Passive: Increases the ability to reflect some of the damage you incurred back to the enemy. Excludes damage by skill or long-range attacks. (15% отражение урона)
Passive: Increases the critical attack rate of magic attacks. (+ 150% увеливает маг крит рейт)
Passive: Increases the power of HP recovery magic.
Passive: Increases the recharge recovery rate of MP.

С Хай ЛСов попадает следующее (цвет аугументации фиолетовый, пушка в 90% начинает светится):

Active: Increases the maximum HP temporarily and restores HP by the increased amount.
Active: Increases the maximum MP temporarily.
Active: Increases the power of HP recovery magic temporarily.

Active: Inflicts a dark attack in the shape of a parabola.
Active: Inflicts a elementally challenged attack.
Active: Inflicts a elementally challenged attack in the shape of a parabola.

Мидл Лсы (при вставке в оружие очень маленький шанс получить свечение, аугументация голубого/синего цвета)

Обычные ЛС дают только прибавку к статам, свечение оружия не изменяют никогда, цвет аугументации желтый.

Могу точно сказать что статы скилов это все пиздежжж.... Проценты нихера не такие. Тут можно только узнать какие скилы вообще есть.
